The ADA is urging Congress to support small business tax policies and the preservation of adult dental benefits under Medicaid.

The ADA is commending 13 Republican members of Congress for their leadership in affirming the importance of protecting Medicaid.  

The majority of dentists surveyed report they’re still using many of the infection control practices implemented during the pandemic.

Twenty-three states have filed dental loss ratio legislation since 2023, with 14 states having introduced legislation this year.
